Guerilla Filmmaking 
June 16 – 20; 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Participants will learn the basics of shooting and editing for the screen, and how to break down a scene into a series of shots. We will go over the basics of video production, including shot composition, storyboarding, titles, and more. Then, attendees will have the opportunity to create a short video using MiniDV cameras, boom mics, and iMovie software.
Suggested Ages: 11 & up /  Fee: $300

Filmmaking: The Cutting Room Floor
June 23 – 27;  9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Take your video production skills to the next level! Students will learn advanced shooting, lighting, and editing skills that you can use to make your work look great. As part of the workshop, students will learn Final Cut Pro, a professional-level video editing package, and will edit their projects using this software. Students should come on the first day with an idea for a video to be produced during the week.
