For Check:  Make Payable to KVCC and mail to address below.

For Credit Card:  Call KVCC Pay Station at (269) 488-4292 & fax registration form to (269) 373-7929.

CONFIRMATION: KAFI will send your workshop confirmation via email/phone after payment is received.

Registrations will be accepted up to the day each workshop begins.

Cancellation Policy: There is no reimbursement of fees after May 30, 2008. Cancellation notification must be received in writing by email to kafi@kvcc.edu on or before May 30, 2008. If sending a letter it must be postmarked by May 30th
